- Deposit required to secure date, non-refundable after specified timeframe.
- Dates and times reserved upon deposit receipt
BOOKING TIMES:
- Makeup within allotted time; delays may incur a $10/15 mins fee
- Group services at the same location and consecutive in time
COSMETIC SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT:
- Artist uses own supplies; client provides power supply and suitable environment
- Artist may refuse services if conditions are unsatisfactory
PAYMENT:
- Deposit is required to secure event date; remaining due on specified payment schedule
- Payment via eTransfer or Online Payment
OTHER EXPENSES:
Parking fees (specified in quotation) due on final invoice.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Client refunds for unrelated cancellations are subject to policies
- Bridal bookings: Notice at least 90 days in advance; otherwise, deposit non refundable.
- Other bookings: 48 hours' notice required; 50% cancellation fee if not met
- Artist cancellations result in deposit refund within 14 business days.
LIABILITY:
- Sanitary practices maintained; makeup products are hypoallergenic
- Skin conditions to be reported before application
PRIVACY:
- Client details kept securely for three years
- Information not disclosed to third parties
USE OF IMAGES:
- Artist may use captured images for website and advertising
- Client agrees to release contact info of professional photographers/videographers
